Oooh, I love forums!
It's thesnowdog1971 here but I've changed my YouTube thingummybob to Harv cos that's my name!
Thought that you could maybe give a shout out to the newish Learn Virtual Reality Development sub-Reddit. It's got plenty of advice, tutorials and free resources etc. You can find it here:
I've mentioned it before but we're going to see a development explosion that the world hasn't seen since the Speccy and C64 home computers started to get into homes in the 80s. You had a wide variety of people of all ages and genders writing stuff in BASIC, and now with the Unity, Unreal, Lumberyard and CryEngine Engines being free to use we're going to see LOADs of stuff being available to people.
It's just unfortunate that Steam don't have an Oculus Concepts equivalent, currently - as far as I'm aware - the only way you can get stuff on Steam is via the Greenlight process which means you have to pay a one-off fee of $99 and get votes before it can be made available.
There's still the likes of WearVR though I guess.
