I'm still rocking my Cobra Mk IV, am in the process of kitting it out fully. Am still mining too, last night I hit the motherlode. I had 12t of Osmium that I needed for a mission that got me 250,000ish and an absolute SHITLOAD of Paladium and Platinum. I had to dump 7t of Gold from my cargo hold to make room for it lmfao

I ended up with just over 900,000 credits from that trip lol

Best reason for getting Elite rank in exploration mate I currently average 20mill per run, yes passenger missions can be boring but with that pay out makes it worth while for me trying to get the Engineers to boost my FSD on my Liner right now pain but will be worth it in the end less scooping for fuel.

I added another another mining laser, wish I'd done it ages ago lol

Found 7 tonnes of Painite last night on the first asteroid I prospected and thanks to the Elite Dangerous database website found a system 2 jumps away where I can sell them for 74,000 credits each!

I might take a break from mining for a bit because it's too easy to make money but it's VERY addictive.

Next thing I'm going to do is go into the sound options and turn the music off. Doesn't feel like a space trucker simulator with that music playing all over the place and means that I can mine whilst playing MP3s on my PC. Time for a bit of Marley and some chilled out mining!

Bollocks, had a rotten mining trip today. Didn't find much worth getting out of bed for lol. A few tonnes of Gold, 11 tonnes of Platinum and 3 tonnes of Paladium...all the rest was Samarium and Osmium.

Maybe it was the laid back music I was playing..? Might try a bit of Thin Lizzy later on and see if that brings valuable stuff to the surface lol

Lol just worked up my Fed rank to Rear Admiral watch this space for a Corvette soon trying to make Elite in trade now its a lot of work almost to Tycoon tho so its only 1 level away really Mining is hit and miss Harv unless u find prestine metallic rings U are not sure what u will find in a ring.

Am still flying my Cobra Mk IV, it's great for mining and is pretty nifty with combat too. My favourite ship so far is the Vulture, fully kitted out that thing is a BEAST in combat!

I've got around 21m credits now, am going to take a break from mining and will go back to haulage I think. Will do that in Empire space I reckon because I've hardly ventured into it since I started this Commander.

Going to do a bit of shopping and start that when I get back from Asda.

Yup, I've been thinking about getting one of those but am going to need a few more quid in the bank first. I'm going to want to kit it out a bit and have plenty of spare cash set aside for insurance purposes. I came VERY close to making myself bankrupt ages ago by not doing this. I was one wrecked ship away from being well and truly buggered lol

Gotta hand it to Fdev and their networking team even with my crappy internet my 1st jump in2 another ship went very smooth and the CMDR was from Russia so great to see that say hello to CMDR Beermonster he has a face now lol if any1 else has commanders update share ur CMDRS pls interested to see what u guys create.

A little app I came across yesterday does make the game feel more alive the download links are in the video description but pls don't be like me and read the install thought I could do it myself its a little tricky to set up but works well when u get it all correct
